I loved Sarah's previous books, but this hit home on a different (and personal) level. I loved the concept, and Sarah did wonderful job of explaining it and providing realistic and specific steps to accomplish doing business like we're human. It really resonated with me, and I hope it reaches many and influences the way the world does business.
