I asked Katica where she was before starting on the Marketing Like We’re Human journey:
“I was at a point in my business where I was looking for more clarity. I had been part of many programs and memberships because I love learning and developing myself. ”
Here’s what Katica was looking for:
“I was hoping to get more clarity on how to approach certain aspects of my business and to learn more about myself. I wanted to understand my values better and figure out why I was doing what I was doing. I aimed to go deeper into who I am, whom I want to serve, and where I wanted to go next.”

The results
I asked Katica who she has become and why that makes her happy:
“I’ve become more of myself. And I felt very accepted to be myself.”
Tangible results include:
- Letting go of mainstream marketing lingo: working on her website to really use language that reflects her values
- Clarity of her ideal client: truly understanding what it means to only work with ideal clients
- Found her uniqueness, and identified what differentiates her compared to others offering similar services as she does
- Clarity about her business model made decisions about what to do and what not to do anymore
- Feeling empowered because she realized that there are no “should do's”-> identity shift
