Take a break – to create your life’s work
Humane Business Retreat in the
Swiss Alps
Research shows that getting out of our usual surroundings helps us to think outside the box and come up with new and creative ideas. Creativity researchers refer to it as ‘seed incidents’.
“A seed incident is what stimulates people to explore new ideas because something happened which the same old stories we tell ourselves couldn’t quite explain. The seed incident sends us on a journey of discovery. What we end up finding on that journey is another story. “
Occasionally our business, body and soul need an energetic reset, new perspectives, new experiences and the support of mother nature, as well as a value-aligned sparring partner.
One of the best ways for creating a seed incident is to get out of our ‘box’ and experience awe that opens room for inspiration and creative and innovative ideas.
Each Humane Business retreat is private and customized to you and your business. It’s all about YOU! You decide how much you want to ‘work’ or whether you prefer to let nature show the way, and trust in the deep conversations with me while we hike, soak in hot springs or sit on a cable car up to the Gemmi.
Set a goal so big that you can't achieve it until you grow into the person who can
It’s time to calm your mind…
Step out of your routine and into the breathtaking scenery of the Swiss Alps. It’s time to calm your mind and open your heart so we can work on the next important steps for you so you can show up, and make a difference.
During your retreat, you’ll experience an energetic transformation and a non-linear growth towards the person who can reach your goal, or at least the steps towards that goal.

Six Core areas for Humane Business Recalibration
We all came to this business thing with certain fixed ideas on how success as an entrepreneur looks like. It’s time to unlearn old definitions of success and business practices and learn new ones! Like having an Ubuntu mindset where we come from a place of ‘shared humanity’, knowing that we’re all connected and it’s not about us vs. them.
In this conversation we’ll imagine new ways of being in business and then commit to recalibrate in order to get there.
Are there ways you can improve the way you share your experience and expertise with your clients? We’ll come up with a plan that creates more spaciousness for you and still gives you the human connections I know you enjoy!
This can mean rethinking your services, or otherwise the administration and processes that you have in place to get new clients.
Are there ways you can better organize your schedule so you can free up more time for things you love (outside of business)?
We look at batching, time blocking, using AI and automations ethically – and of course learning to say no 😉
How can systems, processes, automations, tools and AI save you hours of repetitive tasks each week? I have lots of ideas I can share with you.
Remember, this is not about taking the human out of the business, but about giving the human more time to be human 🙂
Which activities give you the biggest return on investment? Let’s brainstorm and then come up with a plan to focus in on those.
Do you have someone you can delegate certain repetitive tasks to? The ones that can’t be automated by a tool. If not, let’s look at what these tasks are that you least enjoy in your business and come up with a plan to either outsource them or hire a Virtual Assistant.
The above is a suggestion. We can go into whatever direction you feel is best and what you need most for your business right now.
Besides these six core themes can also talk about:
- regeneration
- the new business paradigm
- tools & rituals to deal with the mess (meditation, breathing, astrology etc)
- the energetic side of your business
Let's create the new Business Paradigm - together!
I’ve always been obsessed by efficiency.
I do most things fast. Mostly well.
I always start by saying no.
By eliminating repetitive tasks and coming up with better processes.
And in recent years I’ve become more and more interested in systems and automations.
Also thanks to working with Jenny Blake (if you haven’t read her book Free Time yet, it’s a must read) and reading Greg McKeown‘s book Essentialism. Or Paul Jarvis’ ‘Company of One’
I’m also currently working on my 3rd book, Business Like We’re Human.
I look forward to hang out with Changemakers who have the same desire to yes, creating their life’s work, but also to live more, and work differently.
Let’s reinvent the way we do business together
