Business Like We're Human book

Are you done with the six-figure hype, relentless hustle, and business-as-usual fatigue?

You’re not alone.

If you too:

  • are ready to create a meaningful business that thrives on trust, connection, and purpose
  • are longing for a more humane, sustainable, and fulfilling approach
  • are ready to align your rhythm with nature
  • are brave to imagine a new way of doing business that honors your humanity and contributes to a better world

then Business Like We’re Human is for you.

Sarah Santacroce guides you through the four stages WAKE UP, REIMAGINE, RECALIBRATE and INTEGRATE, and helps you rewrite your relationship with work and then equips you with the tools to recalibrate your small business and create more spaciousness for being human.

This is more than a business book—it’s a call to action to contribute to a better world while building a business that reflects who you truly are.

Hello 👋

‘In a world obsessed with busyness, the real beauty lies in spaciousness. The space to Be Human – yes, even in business’.

This quote really gives you a nice preview of Business Like We’re Human

In my previous books, Marketing Like We’re Human and Selling Like We’re Human I wrote about being more gentle and humane towards our clients.

Business Like We’re Human is about being more humane towards ourselves.

It’s about finding inner peace, so we can create outer change.

The book is ready, about 55000 words.

But it’s a book that needs to be experienced in community, not just read.

That’s why I’m launching it through Conversations for Change (more infos below), a series of facilitated conversations based on the four parts of the book.

At the same time it serves as a community event to help me raise the funds to publish the Kindle and Paperback versions.

I have fond memories of my first book’s successful Kickstarter crowdfunding, but this time I want to do it in a less stressful and more humane way.

Which is why I’m doing it on my own platform.

There are different ways you can support me on this journey and at the same time take advantage of my best offers – and support a great project in Ghana.  You’ll find more details below.

Ideally I’d love for you to be part of the conversations, but any level of support makes a difference!

Thank you so much for your support!

Sarah

The Conversations for Change: June 10th - July 1st

A book alone is not as powerful as the conversations it sparks.

Conversations for Change is a series of facilitated conversations / workshops built around the 4 parts of the Business Like We’re Human book.

Together, we’ll explore how to shift from outdated business practices to a more humane, values-driven approach—and we’re doing this through meaningful conversations, where everyone’s voice can be heard!

Conversations for Change Overview:

Each workshop represents one part of the book, following the peace sign, and is designed to guide you step-by-step toward reimagining work and business in alignment with your values and finding inner peace so you can create outer change. The book is a continuation of my previous books, Marketing Like We’re Human and Business Like We’re Human, but it also includes completely new ideas for what I consider a paradigm changing era, away from capitalism and into something much more beautiful.

Workshop 1: Wake Up (60 minutes): June 10th, 3pm CET, 9am ET

Discover and question the outdated myths and broken systems that shape work and business. Through personal exploration, we’ll identify inherited beliefs and clarify your money drivers to help you release what no longer serves you.

Workshop 2: Reimagine (60 minutes): June 17th, 5pm CET, 11am ET

Step beyond traditional business paradigms and envision a more expansive, humane way of working and living. This session invites you to dream boldly and align your vision with the natural rhythms of life.

Workshop 3: Recalibrate (60 minutes): June 24th, 5pm CET, 11am ET

Move from vision to action. Learn practical ways to align your mindset, relationships, and business systems with your humane values. This workshop focuses on actionable recalibration to bring your dreams to life.

Workshop 4: Integrate (60 minutes): July 1st, 5pm CET, 11am ET

Consolidate your learnings and co-create a vision for humane business. Reflect on your personal transformation and celebrate the journey.

While the sessions are designed as a journey, I understand you may not be able to attend all of them.

As long as one person shows up per session, I’ll record them and share them in our customer hub so you can catch up.

What previous participants said

I’ve hosted these workshops as a beta in our community, the Humane Marketing Circle.

Here’s how the participants experienced these conversations:

The workshops with Sarah made me feel that I can offer myself permission to step outside the box and run a business from a space of wild creativity and roaring courage. I feel that anything is possible and I can make my dream to serve others from my truth happen in a kind, compassionate and honest way. The workshops felt like a conscious practice to me, constantly reminded me to be present and aware.

The discussion about transition resonated as I coach many clients navigating their way through transition. There's a natural 'ending' of what was, which leads to uncertainty and navigating your way through the 'messy middle.' But it's all leading to co-creating 'new beginnings,' and a chance to build something new, that far surpasses the starting position.

It's so easy to get caught up in serving clients that you forget about your own well-being. These workshops helped me see that a truly successful business is one that is not only empathetic to clients but also creates space for me to be human, take care of myself, and connect with the world around me.

I'm so grateful to Sarah for these conversations! It's empowering to feel that my work is not just my passion, but also contributing to something bigger than myself. Maybe I won't see the full transformation, but I can still be a part of it. It's about how working in a way that is fulfilling for me and my clients is also part of a larger movement for change in the world.

Quotes from the Business Like We're Human Book

Who's the Author

Sarah Santacroce, Conscious Business Coach, scale your business with integrity.

👋 Hi there, I’m Sarah Santacroce.

I founded my first Online Business in 2007 and have grown up in this Online Business World.

My life’s work is to help us create a more human way of doing business and marketing.

As the author of Marketing Like We’re Human and Selling Like We’re Human—the first two books —I inspire purpose-driven entrepreneurs to align their business practices with their values, fostering authentic connections and sustainable success without resorting to outdated, pushy marketing and business tactics.

I also lead a global community of entrepreneurs and Changemakers committed to redefining business as a force for good.

I believe in a world where we embrace our full humanity—where we’re more than just businesspeople, and where kindness, empathy, and collaboration shape the way we live and work.

This is my vision for the future:

  • A world where joy, empathy, and kindness are the currency
  • A world where marketing fosters a sense of belonging, not isolation
  • A world that focuses on the human(e) connection (while using modern technology)
  • A world where entrepreneurs who use ethical marketing are the ones that not only make the biggest impact but also make the most money

When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking in the Swiss Alps, practicing yoga, or spending quality time with my family.

10% of all proceeds of this fundraiser/crowdfunding will be sent to the Pond Foundation. I chose this project as I’m already partnering with the Pond Foundation for my Carbon Emissions Audit every year.

The Pond Foundation
The Pond Foundation is transforming agricultural practices across northern Ghana through its biochar initiative, which turns locally sourced Baobab husks into a vital soil amendment – enhancing soil health, boosting crop yields, and training farmers in biochar production empowering them to improve their agricultural practices.

In a region where the average family of ten survives on just $200 a year, the benefits are profound.  This initiative not only addresses environmental sustainability but also fosters economic resilience in one of the world’s most vulnerable regions.
Join us in supporting the Pond Foundation’s biochar initiative and help create a healthier, more sustainable future for communities in Ghana. For more information, visit: Pond Foundation Ghana.
